Merchant Services Representatives work with business owners who want a faster, more affordable way to get paid. You find out how each business handles payments now, show the owner what a better setup looks like, and bring the account on board.
This is a full-time role with remote flexibility and a training program led by people who do this work every day. Pay is performance based and grows with each merchant you sign, with bonuses for strong months. Sales professionals who are used to measurable goals get up to speed quickly.
What You'll Do
- Hold discovery conversations with owners about their processing and equipment
- Break down what they pay today and where they could save
- Recommend a payment and POS package and ask for the business
- Complete merchant applications and see each account through approval
- Stay in touch through launch so every merchant starts strong
- Keep your pipeline and notes current in the CRM

- Confident with numbers and comfortable explaining them simply
- Persistent and organized with follow-up
- Self-motivated and consistent without someone checking in
- Sales, retail management, or client-facing experience is a strong plus
